Premium Terms for Big Digi Mart

These Premium Terms ("Premium Terms") govern your use of premium services, products, and subscriptions offered by Big Digi Mart ("we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to or purchasing any premium service or product from Big Digi Mart, you agree to be bound by these Premium Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not subscribe to or use our premium services or products.
1. Premium Services and Products
Big Digi Mart offers a range of premium digital products and services ("Premium Products") that may include exclusive content, features, or access to additional services not available in the standard version of our products.
- Subscription: Premium Products may be offered on a subscription basis. You will be charged based on the plan you choose, and your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.

2. Access to Premium Content
Upon purchasing a Premium Product or subscribing to a premium service, you will be granted access to content or features that are not available in the free or basic version of our products.
- Access may include additional digital products, enhanced functionality, exclusive offers, or any other content that is deemed to be part of the Premium Product.
- Your access to premium content is subject to the terms of the specific product or service you subscribe to or purchase.
3. Payment and Billing

- Subscription Billing: If you subscribe to a recurring service, you will be billed periodically (monthly, annually, etc.) based on the plan you selected.

4. Free Trials
Some Premium Products or services may offer a free trial period. By signing up for a free trial, you authorize Big Digi Mart to begin charging you for the Premium Product once the trial period ends, unless you cancel your subscription before the trial period expires.
- Trial Period: The duration of the free trial will be clearly stated at the time of registration.
- Automatic Renewal: If you do not cancel your subscription before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and you will be charged accordingly.
5. Account Management and Renewal
- Subscription Management: You can manage, update, or cancel your subscription by logging into your account on the Big Digi Mart website.
- Automatic Renewal: Premium subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the current billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can disable auto-renewal at any time via your account settings.
6. Refund Policy
Big Digi Mart offers refunds on Premium Products and services under certain conditions:
- Refunds for Faulty Products or Services: If the Premium Product or service does not meet the description or is defective, you are eligible for a refund. Refunds must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
- No Refunds for Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided if you change your mind about the purchase or subscription, except as required by law or in the case of faulty services or products.
- Trial Period: If you cancel within the trial period, you will not be charged, and no refund will be necessary.
7. License for Premium Products

- Restrictions: You may not distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or sell the Premium Products, nor may you reverse-engineer or modify the content or software, unless explicitly permitted in the product’s description.
8. Termination of Access
Big Digi Mart reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to any Premium Product or service if you violate these Premium Terms, our general Terms of Use, or any applicable law.
- Account Suspension: If your account is suspended, you may lose access to Premium Products, and no refund will be provided for any unused portion of your subscription.
- Termination for Non-Payment: Failure to make payment when due may result in the suspension or termination of your subscription.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Big Digi Mart’s liability for any claim arising from the use of Premium Products or services is limited to the amount you have paid for the product or service. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Premium Products.
10. Privacy and Data Use
Your use of Premium Products and services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Big Digi Mart collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy to provide you with premium services, content, and offers.
11. Changes to Premium Terms
Big Digi Mart reserves the right to update or modify these Premium Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. By continuing to use the Premium Products or services after the changes are posted, you accept the revised Premium Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Premium Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh.
